So last night I decided to create my own pasta.
After looking at recipe after recipe and couldnt find one i liked...i decided 'screw recipes'.
I'll just make something up.
So without further ado...
Shrimp
fresh spinach
fresh mushroms
thinly sliced garlic
diced tomatoes
pepper
all sauteed in EVOO
and.....
Wallaaaaaa!!!
Tossed with penne pasta
mmmmm delish!
tonight for dinner i made baked bbq chicken.
tomorrow its beef stew :)
