so yesterday, while i was at work, i told my manager that i was planning on taking the server test on Wednesday(this week). he replied with "why cant you take it on monday?" well i suppose i could take it on monday, but thats not what i was planning on doing.
so now here i am, supposed to take the server test TODAY! and im most definitely not prepared. i made note cards of everything on the menu. and i pretty much know it all except a few select items and the sauces we have. THE SAUCES ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE MENU. gah. talk about stressing out and cramming for a test. I also start training today after i take the test and PASS! so exciting yet im so nervous! :/
